Credit card is charded in full at confirmation of order. All prices listed are in Canadian funds.
Returns
All sales are final. No returns.
Credits/Refunds
In the case where incorrect information is provided to the Titleview service, resulting in inaccurate search results, the customer takes full responsibility for payment. No returns/refund.
In the case where it can be shown that the correct information was provided to the Titleview service and inaccurate search results are delivered, the customer will be provided with the correct search results at no additional cot, subject to the Delivery Policy.
In the case where requisiste information is unavailable to complete an accurate search, the customer will be notified within 10 business days and a credit will be issued to the method of payment within 20 business days of the original transaction billing, less a 25% processing fee.
